Every ride has its own beauty, but the west coast is beyond belief. This ride explores the rugged Oregon and California coastlines and then ventures inland in southern California to ride through rich agricultural regions and wine country. The photos below are some of the beautiful scenery we encountered on our trek down the coast. This ride is not a ride for the inexperienced. There are strenuous climbs and technical descents to challenge the skills of any cyclist, but the scenery will reward the senses for the effort required to conquer the terrain.
