Earl's Spa Warm UpEarl's Spa is in Wetumpka just north of Tutwiller Prison on hwy 231 and for Elmore Co this is a pretty tame ride. Only 47 miles with rolling terrain. Elmore Co can really be hilly, in some areas probably the most hilly spots around here. This ride is a mixed bag. No real challenging hills, but you'll have some good rollers to add variety to the route. You can park in several places close to Earls. They usually don't mind if you go in and ask.

Earl's Spa Sadist RideThis is more like Elmore Co...this is a hilly ride with a couple of steep climbs thrown in just for good measure. The distance is 68 but of course with the map you can just about do any variation you want to this ride. The ride is in good, rural areas. Difficulty advanced for the whole distance of 68 miles. Earl's Spa is north of Wetumpka on hwy 231 just past Tutwiller Prison.

Slapout CircleIf you can't find Slapout on a state map it's ok...it's really Holtville. Seems the town got this nickname from a small store that was always "slapout" of just about anything you needed. The ride starts in Holtville (Slapout) and tours gentle to moderate rollers on CR 23. Distance is 38 miles. Difficulty easy to moderate.

Rifle Range RambleThis is a favorite ride of the local club. They often start rides at the convenient store on the corner of Dosier and Rifle Range Rd (CR 4), just across the river north east of Montgomery. This ride starts out flat for about 5 miles then has two good climbs in short order. Distance is 40 miles. Difficulty moderate because of the two good climbs on CR 4.

Millbrook MeanderThis ride starts from Village Green Park in Millbrook. All the terrain around Millbrook proper is pretty flat, but this ride will take you to some areas that are really hilly, especially on the return from Slapout. Difficulty moderate to challenging. Distance 66 miles. If you combine the Slapout ride with this one, you can get a good century warm up.

Village Green Granny RideThis ride also starts at Village Green Park in Millbrook. One might think that a "granny" ride would be easy enough for your grandmother. Well that could be the case...but not here. In this case, "granny" stands for the type of gear you should have. This ride starts out on flat and returns on some pretty hilly terrain. Nice variation through the ride. Terrain is rolling with 2 good climbs after the 25 mile point. Distance 40 miles.

Redlands Eclectic ExcursionThis route is moderately hilly and is located just past the Emerald Mountain area. Most people that ride regularly usually ride from Montgomery to the start point which adds anywhere from 30 to 40 miles to the ride. Distance published is a mere 35 miles but the terrain makes up for the short distance.
