What's it like to ride a bicycle
across the country?
Well, you've come to the right place to find out. For the past
12 years I've been working on staff for
America by Bicycle and on April 6th this
year Barb and I will depart our comfortable new retirement home in Alabama for
our 11th year together as a team leading cross country bicycle rides. Again
this year, I'm keeping journals of our adventures on the web.
You'll have a blow-by-blow of the weather, the challenges, the people, and what
we are doing while on the road this summer with lots of photos and a little
humor thrown in just for fun. I hope you
enjoy our adventures. I'll provide updates to the site during the times
